Hi Zhang,

In data sheet refer to 8.3 section on page no. 284-286 for layout example and guidelines. But if you are looking for EVM board layout example then you need to refer to EVM user's guide (https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/slvuc20).

However, for the package outline diagram you can refer to LP8764-Q1 package outline (https://www.ti.com/lit/gpn/lp8764-q1) on page no. 302-304. Because the silicon is same.
