BQ25570: VREF_SAMP pin connection

Hi team,

Can VREF_SAMP connect the divided resistors? I saw the pin definition said connected to 0.01uF.

But the sector 7.3.1 gives a formula about VREF_SAMP. Should it be VOC_SAMP's formula?

If we want to set 0.75V MPP voltage and the Voc is 0.89V. The correct connection is using a divided resistors from Vin_DC to VOC_SAMP?

Hi Leo,

The voltage divider should be placed at VOC_SAMP biased by VIN_DC, here the reference voltage is sampled. The voltage used for reference is VREF_SAMP, which is why it is used in the formula. This voltage is stored at the VREF_SAMP pin across the connected capacitor.
