LM3150: 1 pin VCC is shorted to 5 pin and 6 pin GND

Hi team,

2-V power supply, the output voltage should be 3.3 V at power up, but the actual output is around 0.8 V. The test found that 1-pin VCC was shorted to 5pin, 6-pin GND. This is not the case for all boards, some of boards have this issue.

Could you help check this case? Thanks.

    Hello Cherry 

    Since the VCC is not connected to any other external circuit except the VCC capacitor, I think the VCC pin might be damaged by a wrong component population, a wrong connection, a sudden VIN short  or a mishandling. If you can duplicate the issue. Please check these items. 

    - EL
