Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS65950

Hello, I do not find the internal impedance of the AUXL/R pins of TPS65950 anywhere... could you help me, please?

thank you

  • This should be close to 70K or so. This also depends on the gain selected for the uplink amp.

Can I ask why is this info needed?

  • Hi, I am connecting two microphones to the aux line of TPS65950 (I am not able to use the mic inputs).

In order to do so, I inserted a microphone preamplifier, with gain of about 18/20dB, between microphones and TPS.

Preamp's output needs a load of more than 5k, for best performance: this is the reason I was asking the internal impedance of aux lines.

    Bye

  • The input mic/aux/FM are muxed with the same input amplifier. So, the values will still be the same and you should be able to use the AUX inputs. If you can share the schematics/block diagram that may provide some more info.

Please ensure that the software has AUX setup as required.
