Is it possible to adjust the voltage value of VSYS_MIN with "VSYS_MIN Register (I2C address = 0D/0Ch)" in BQ25731?

The BQ25730 datasheet includes a description of "VSYS_MIN Register (I2C address = 0D/0Ch)" and it seems that VSYS_MIN can be adjusted in the register.

The BQ25731 datasheet does not describe this register, but the BQ25731 evaluation board allows read/write operations to this register.

There are two different answers. Which is correct?
