UCC256403: LLC bias winding OVP behavior (BW OVP)

Part Number: UCC256403

1.  Will +5V DC injected on the BW pin trigger OVP?  Datasheet says OVP will be triggered after 5 OVP cycles.  But the BW pin will not cycle with DC applied.  Do "OVP cycles" mean cycles of the main stage switching or the actual voltage sensed by the BW pin?  i.e. does the BW pin have to cycle between the trip point and ground/negative voltage or is DC OK and it latches after 5 main switching cycles?

2.  What resets the BW OVP latch?  Does VCC need to cycle or is BLK falling below stop acceptable?

Background:

A.  I need latching secondary OVP.

B.  I do NOT have a bias winding for VCC so secondary OVP must be external.

C.  I can inject a DC voltage onto the BW pin within the trip voltage and ABmax range of the pin and be high impedance otherwise so not to disturb programming of the BMT during startup.

Thanks,

-Rusty B.
