I export the current system file as attached. (Checksum is F229DFB), and below is compare result. (only show differences)
Please help to solve this problem, we need to ensure the checksum of FW code we provided is consistent with sending to the factory programmed. Thanks a lot.
Besides, I would like to know does TI have any tool or dongle that can simulate AVS voltage dynamic to let us verify Vout accuracy?

No, TI does not have tool to simulate AVS voltage dynamic.
Regarding the checksum differences, please make sure to click on "Store Config to NVM", to synchronize between PMBus commands and USER_DATA_XX, before save the project file.
