I am working on the Quectel MC-60 GSM module.
the GSM module must be powered by a micro USB interface & LiPO battery of 1000-2000mAh.
For that, I need the specific charging IC with the following features.
1, Charging IC input voltage is as per the micro USB interface standards & Max input current is up to 3Amp.
2. Charging IC has no external configuration interface (UART/I2C) & the charging current must be controlled by the external RC circuit. (charging current may vary from 500mAmp to 1Amp)
3. Status indication for charge & discharge,
4. Auto Cut-OFF on a full charge.
5. Auto Cut-OFF to prevent over-discharge.
Will you please help me to find the best cost-effective solution suitable for my kind of application?
