Hi Team,
Customer want to use LM5170 to achieve -48V input & 12V output. I think LM5170 can be used without problem and have verified by PMP21867.
But in customer system, the input GND and output GND are different, which in reference design is same. So will two different GND have problem? Or must use a same GND? Thanks.
BRs,
Francis
Hello Francis,
Thanks for reaching out. What is the reason for having 2 seperate grounds? Does the customer want isolation? We are looking forward for your response.
Best regards,
Moritz
Hi Mueller,
Thanks for your prompt reply.
After check with customer again, there is a mistake, they use a same GND for system, and he mispassing the concepts of PGND and AGND. No problem here.

Francis
