Hello,
we need help because we are facing some problem in our design with the TPS65987DDH . We would like to know if our configuration is ok or if we have made a mistake.
We have already 1500 Audio dock station produced and use by our customer.
The project is dock audio station .
- The audio dock station is a smartphone A32 from Samsung always connecting to a board by a USB C connector to a electronic board with a TPS65897DDH and a audio USB CODEC and some LED control
- When the audio dock station is power by an external source the A32 is a sink power and dock station is a source
- When the external power is unplugged the dock station should change to sink and the A32 to source
- The A32 is always a DFP data mode and the audio dock station is always a UFP data mode
Sometime when we replug the external source power the A32 is not responding and stay in source mode and don't swap to sink mode !!! but not always. We are using the GPIO 0 with the barrel Jack detect Event .
Sometime when the audio dock station is power by smartphone and it is playing music the USB data audio is loosing and we need to reboot all the system to recover!!!!
