Hello all,
I'm using LM46002 to generate a negative rail and if i wire the enable pin to Vin al goes fine.
If I try to handle the enable pin as described in SNVA722b application report i found that on some board the LM46002 don't start up when i pull the EN pin.
In this case the Vout become slight positive, reach around 600 mV and EN pin become unresponsive.
CH2 EN pin CH3 VOut CH4 SW node
the same board with EN wired to Vin beahve well
Is this related to the LM46002 latch up issue depicted by Robert C. some years ago ?
