TPS53676: TPS53676/TPS536C7 startup time

Part Number: TPS53676
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS536C7, TPS53681

Hi TI team,

I note in section 7.3.1 of datasheets for TPS53676 (and TPS536C7):

When power is applied to TPS53676, an initialization procedure performs self-checks of internal memories, performs pin detection, and loads the values stored in non-volatile memory to operating memory. This procedure can take up to 20 ms to complete, during which time the device may not respond to PMBus commands

What's the startup time of the device, ie how quickly can I expect VOUT to start to ramp (and indeed reach regulation) after 12V and 3V3 are applied?  Should I interpret the above paragraph that switching also doesn't start until 20ms after power has been applied?

Many thanks,

Peter
