I am using the TPS55288 in a new product as a 5V output main power.
I purchased an EVB of this device.
The EVB is not generating any output voltage in all jumpers combinations.
Is it mandatory for this device to program it whenever powered-up or can it operate without any programming?
The CPU for my application is powered by this converter so I can't program the device unless it supply voltage after power-up.
I assume that the TPS552882 is a replacement chip for the TPS55288 but without the I2C programming channel.
I already purchased the TPS55288 and about to start in few days the PWB manufacturing.
Please advise.
