I also am searching for an official STEP file for this package WQFN-HR (RYK) 18.

Might it be possible to generate it and post it on the website for this IC?

All the available BQ25622 models are placed in the link below. STEP model is not available.

Hello Ning,

Thank you for confirming that it is still not available, since it's been a few months since the other thread on this topic, I thought I'd ask before spending the time to make it.

In case anyone else stumbles upon this thread, I've made a 3D model for the WQFN-HR-16-RYK package.

It is built using the midpoints between the upper and lower tolerance dimensions in the BQ25622 datasheet labeled:

"SLUSEG2A – SEPTEMBER 2022 – REVISED OCTOBER 2022"
