Customer want to compare the result and choose on of them for new design.

Below is the efficiency simulation result of TPS54JA20 with your desired values at 600kHz, 800kHz, and 1MHz at max load (12A).
600kHz 91.3% efficiency:
Inductor value: 560nH

800kHz 90.5% efficiency:
Inductor value: 560nH

1MHz 89.4% efficiency:
Inductor value: 330nH

Inductor values for TPS54JB20:
600kHz: 470nH
800kHz: 400nH
1MHz: 270nH
