UCC28064EVM-004: Connection to UCC25640EVM-020

Part Number: UCC28064EVM-004

I'm getting ready to run some analysis on my eval boards, connected as outlined in the documentation.  I have one question:

According to the Regulator eval guide, I need to connect D8 and D9 to the AC inputs of the PFC board, and the RVCC pin from the Regulator board to the VCC input on the PFC, with nothing joining the VCC neutral on the PFC.  I noticed the PFC has a resistor to the ground plane from the neutral output of the FBR on the AC input, is this meant to ground the board somehow?

Basically, there is an inconsistency between the guides.  I'm thinking a jumper from T8/9 (PGND) on the Regulator board to J1-2 (RVCC neutral) on the PFC would accomplish what I want.  Is this correct, or is there a reason RVCC neutral is left open on J1-2 of the PFC?

Thanks!
