You can use three separate external Miller clamp FETs to connect to the gates of the SiC FETs. Each SiC FET would have its own Miller clamp FET. We do not recommend connecting the gates of the SiC FETs together and just use one Miller clamp FET for all three, since this can easily lead to oscillation problem.
