TPS2521: Junction temperature question

Hello,

I have a question regarding the junction temperature of the TPS2521.
The maximum rating of TJ is described as "Internally Limited", but what is the actual temperature?
Thermal shutdown is 154°C. lower than that?
If it is low, the maximum rating will be exceeded if thermal shutdown is activated.
Will the device then be destroyed?
If destroyed, what symptoms of destruction are expected?

    Hi Kaji,

    For reliable behavior of device it has to be ensured that TJ stays below 125C during normal operation. Device has thermal shutdown at 154C. So anytime if due to fault TJ increases device will not let it go beyong 154C.
