LM5116: Schematics Verification and queries related to LM5116MH/NOPB

Hi,

I have designed a boost converter with the help of WEBBENCH. The result is as follows: https://webench.ti.com/appinfo/webench/scripts/SDP.cgi?ID=0849EFBB2C4F6E22

My Requirement is to get 24V/15A MAx output from a 48 V Source (Min I/P: 35V, Max I/P: 60V).

Please verify my attached schematics. Also, I have some queries, while exporting the output from Webbench to altium, I found some components are not in schematics but were there on layout. Can you please explain them:

1. There is an R-Ramp across ramp pin on PCB but not in schematics.
2. One diode is connected between UVLO (Pin 2) and VIn. Is it mandatory?
3. There is a C Sync capacitor on C SYnc pin and it is not there on schematics.
4. What is R Snub and C Snub. How to connect them in schematics. Is it mandatory?
5. What is D3 and NT1 connected between SW Pin and HB Pin?

1. Would you please download Quick Start at https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/snvu051, input your electrical specifications and your component selections, and share it with me?

2. Yes, you need the UVLO diode and the UVLO capacitor.

3. You don't need it if you don't use external clock synchronization.

4. Please refer https://e2e.ti.com/blogs_/b/powerhouse/posts/calculate-an-r-c-snubber-in-seven-steps abot the snubber circuit design.

5. NT means net-tie. Please refer https://www.ti.com/lit/an/slua887/slua887.pdf?ts=1688654477544&ref_url=https%253A%252F%252Fwww.google.com%252F about the boot diode operation.
