I first use Pspice and run the test simulation of BUCK this error I can't solve

Hi Mostafa,

Could you check to make sure your PSpice for TI application is up to current date and retry downloading the device model from TI.com? I just downloaded the current device model we have for that device on TI.com and was able to run it without any errors.

Hi Mostafa,

I have downloaded and tested the device model, I have not been able to replicate the error. Please delete the current file you have for the device model & test simulation. Then download the new one from the following link. https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/snom689 . This is the file I have tested and has been working.
