BQ27427: BQ27427EVM: bqStudio does not auto-detect the device

Hi FAE

I bought EV2400 and BQ27427EVM. I downloaded the software BatteryManagementStudio-1.3.121_Build1-windows-installer.exe and installed it in my PC.

When I run the software, bqStudio does not auto-detect the device. And a pop up message says: "The detected device not compatible with this application". 

How can I fix this?
