I have reached out to the engineer who wrote the app note. I will let you know as soon as I hear back from him.

We do have the same gain plots plotted using excel design calculator.

Hi Tej,

The apps engineer mentioned that he didn't use MATHCAD to generate the peak gain plots. So, you can use the Excel sheet that I have shared in my previous response.
