BQ28Z610EVM-532: TI is showing positive current for charging, and also positive current for discharging. What settings are wrong here?

Part Number: BQ28Z610EVM-532
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: EV2400, BQSTUDIO

Here is a screenshot:

I loaded my gas gauging file from another identical gauge that I used for characterization and learning cycle" 7651.gg4.gg.csv

With that other gauge, I have no other issues. It seems like some of the settings are different. I also used a multimeter to check the polarity of the sense pads and it is correct (negative for discharge, positive for charge). So I think there is something wrong with the TI settings.

I tried to toggle the chg_fet_toggle and dschg_fet_toggle buttons but no change.

What is causing the current to be positive all the time and how can I fix it?
