The battery is marked with a capacity of 1500 mAh and a full charge of 4.2 V. A discharge current of 0.1C is required to make the chemistry ID, i.e. 150mA discharge to 3V cut off voltage. The actual discharge time is about 6h, but it should theoretically be close to 10 hours. Will there be an error in the chemistry ID measured this way? Is it required to reduce the discharge current to ensure the discharge time is close to 10 hours?
