TPS53622: AVR_RDY Question

Hi expert,

May I check with you is any concern that AVR_RDY still have 1.2V~1.6V when power-off (AVR_EN = 0) ?

We see 3V3_SB still have 0.5V when power-off but don't know why. Is it might be the reason that AVR_RDY still have 1.2~1.6V?

- Where the AVR_RDY pull-up is connected to?

- Is the 3V3_SB the TPS53622 supply pin 16?

- Would you please send full schematic showing the concerned signals?

Hello, where is the P3V3_SB comping from? Is it from a DC/DC or LDO on the board? It could be a path from AVR_RDY pin 17 to V3p3 pin 16. For making sure, AVR_RDY pin 17 can be shorted to GND and check if the 0.5V on V3P3 pin 16 still present.
