Can we cross check the temperature drift of this IC by using a voltage reference taken from TL431 IC?

The latter only tells, it's a low temperature drift IC but doesn't give a value, whereas TPS732 has given a value, in a histogram with a maximum of plus or minus 70 ppm per degree centigrade.

    Amit,

    These devices are not related and cannot be used to cross-check. Most of our devices do not have drift data because we don't characterize drift in the normal process flow. Some devices like this one have extra data when the device was made for drift-dependent applications.
