Asking for LDO design review and suggestions

Hi Team,

Customer would like to design LDO for Vin 3V cases.

Would you please review the Vout/Iout requirement here and provide recommendations?

Fixed output is prefer.

 

Vout: 1.29V (1.27~1.31)

Iout: 137mA

 

Vout: 0.95V (0.92V~0.98V)

Iout: 650mA

 

Vout: 1.2V (1.15V~1.32V)

Iout: 613mA

    Hello,

    My recommendations are the following:

    Vout: 1.29V (1.27~1.31)

    Iout: 137mA

    TLV70313DBVR

    Vout: 0.95V (0.92V~0.98V)

    Iout: 650mA

    TPS7A7401DSDR  - Needs bias rail and is adjustable, we do not have fixed voltages for 0.95V in our portfolio.

    Vout: 1.2V (1.15V~1.32V)

    Iout: 613mA

    TLV75712PDRVR - Thermals might become an issue here
