Failure during programming DFI-File

Hi

I can't communicate with bq20z60 after programming DFI-File. The failure message "Problem with DFI File" pops up.

How can I solve this problem? The bq20z60 is already inside of the battery and I can't replace it.

Have anybody an idea?
