Hello Shinichi San,

Recovery time = tDESATFLT (DESAT to FLT low delay) + tFLTMUTE (Output mute time on fault) + TRSTFIL (Deglitch filter time to reset /FLT)

= 580ns (typ) + (0.55-1ms) + 650ns (typ) = 0.55-1 ms (approx)
