Hi team,

Could you advise if this device survives at the following condition?

VIN=0V unpowered.

VOUT = 12V (VBAT peak <18V)

Absolute maximum ratings of OUT pin is rated for VIN max, so I wonder if OUT pin can be survived if VIN is not supplied.

Hi Tsuji-san,

VOUT is limited by VIN (VIN + 0.3V abs max), so this operating condition can damage the device. Some of our devices have reverse current blocking, and those devices have VOUT limits independent of VIN - those devices can be filtered from the load switch product page.
