TPS7A3501: Spectral Noise Density Graph Parameters

Good day, I am trying to replicate Figure 13 to verify the performance of a noise measurement circuit. I am using an RSA5103 spectrum analyzer and am able to obtain the same shape as in Figure 13. However, after performing conversions/gain compensation, the data values do not match up to the figure. What were the spectrum analyzer parameters when generating the data for Figure 13? Particularly, what was the resolution bandwidth, video bandwidth, number of trace averages, etc? Thanks!

    Hi Benjamin,

    The detailed measurement information is not available; this part was released 10 years ago and if it was recorded at the time it got lost along the way. 

    The noise data in the datasheet was likely taken when the device was in a noise-reduction enclosure (something like a Faraday cage). Did you put the device inside an enclosure like this for your measurement? 

    Can you share the noise data you collected?
