LMR33630: Design Equations in section 9.2

Can you give me a reference to how the equations in section 9.2 were derived?  In particular, I am having trouble understanding section 9.2.2.4 equation 5 and section 9.2.2.5 equation 6.   This applies to all the parts under the LMR336xx name.

    Hi Ted,

    I don't think I can do the equations justice in a short explanation here. These equations are not unique to TI devices as they are universal to most power electronics and covered by general theory.

    For some recommended reading I would highly recommend Fundamentals of Power Electronics written by Robert Ericson to learn more about how these equations are derived.

    If you have a TI device specific question (like what components to use) or if you need a design review, I'd be happy to help with that.
