Hi~
Customer is under developing by using TLC6C5748-Q1 but has abnormal turn on issue.
Failure mode is turn on one LED under supply VLED before providing proper SPI control. at this moment, OUTx is about 1.8V and slightly lower than normal.
In case of providing proper SPI with VLED, LED turn on and works properly with target LED.OUTx is about 1.9V.
It looks some leakage may turn on LED slightly without SPI but not sure why,
Is there any way to check that bit is on/off or failure mode check works?(open, short?)
please, advise.
ps :What is proper voltage for OUTx under turn off state?
