Hi,
We don't have this information on hand. Unfortunately we do not have the bandwidth to measure the output impedance to provide an equivalent inductance, so what I recommend is to order samples for this device and order a MULTIPKGLDOEVM-823 to measure the output impedance. Otherwise, please provide a business case and we can allocate resources if it is sufficient.

Nick
Hi,
Could you please provide load transient response of TPS79901QDRVRQ1. From load transient response, we can get VRM equivalent inductance to model the VRM circuit for decoupling analysis.
Thanks,
Shanjai kanna S
Hi,
I have ordered parts to get this for you. They will be here late this week or early next week.
What are the load transient specifications that you would like to see?

Nick
Hi,
We just needed VRM equivalent inductance for modelling of RL VRM model in hyperlynx simulation. Please do the transient simulation with input voltage as 4V and output voltage as 3.65V. We dont have exact load current value. Please do with any value as of now. From load transient response waveform, we will take VRM inductance value as L=V*dt/di and R=L/(1.5*RT), where V is induced voltage drop during load transient, di is load current step, dt is rise time od load current, RT is rise time of VOUT pulse.
If you have any doubts on modelling RL VRM model, please refer the PDF attached below:
Hi,
I understand what you need. I'm waiting for the devices to get here still. I will probably have to wait until next week to collect the load transient.

Nick
Hi,
Very sorry for the delay. The devices arrived on my desk this morning; it took longer than normal for them to get to me. I will be OoO for 4 weeks starting this Wednesday for medical leave, so I am passing this request to a colleague to collect the load transient plot. Thank you for your patience.
Regards,
Nick
Hello Shanjai,
Here is the load transient plot with the following conditions: Vin=4V, Vout= 3.65V, Cout= 2.2uF, Iout slew rate ~1A/us, 0mA-100mA-0mA load. Please let me know if there are any questions.
Best,
