Earlier today, I was attempting to connect to a TPS6594EVM through dev.ti.com. However, when I attempted to connect to the board, I consistently received the below error when trying to update the firmware on the EVM. I tried on both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. This is my first time using this website. The board was modified, so I tried connecting to an identical, unmodified board and received the same error. I am working on this with someone in a different state, and he was able to update the firmware of his unmodified board immediately. I tried power cycling, unplugging and re-plugging in the USB of the device, and restarting my computer but still received the same error as well. Do you have any idea why I am receiving this error and/or suggestions for how to resolve it? Thank you in advance.
