TPS25985: For 0V~10V application

Hi,

We want find a over current protect IC for super cap charge application.

Vin range = 0~11V.

Maximum current is 50A.

I found TPS25985 seems have 4.5V lowest limitation, does TI have this kind of protect switch solutions? thanks!

Hi Jeff,

You can use TPS25985. But the minimum operating input voltage would be 4.5 V. There is no device less than this voltage (4.5 V).
