TPS22975: Does ON pin contain pull-down resgistor internally or not ?

Hi, TI team,

Does the IC with part number TPS22975D have a built-in pull-down resistor on pin #3 (ON)?

Based on the information provided in the datasheet,
we understand that it has an equivalent 55MOhm pull-down resistor integrated.

    Hi Maurice,

    The TPS22975 does not have an integrated pullup/pulldown resistor and cannot be left floating. It is recommended that you connect an external pullup or pulldown resistor or otherwise ensure that the pin is always driven at a non-floating state.
