Can you do suggest me any reference design or solution.

I have already select one part UCC28740 and see webbench is working 25V-400VDC.I have not found any reference design.

Hi Vishwanath,

The UCC28740 can also work. I checked and I do not see a reference design that supports your input/output requirements exactly. The closest I found is PMP20745 which is based on the LM5022.

One thing to watch is to make sure that the voltage spikes and ringing do not exceed the absolute maximum rating of the controller which is 700V.
