Could you please help me further understand what's the difference between UCC28C44 and UC/TL3844?
I only find there are differences in switch frequency, UVLO and supply voltage. Don't know which one is more suitable for my customer. Thanks in advance.

Hi Francis.
I strongly recommend using UCC28C44. Aside of the UVLO and a wider range of frequencies, this device uses BiCMOS instead of Bipolar for the gate driver. They provide lower current consumption among other advantages. Please, see attached a table with comparisons between both.

BiCMOS use MOSFETs (Metal Oxide Silicon Field Electric Transistor) and Bipolar uses BJT (Bipolar joint Transistors). MOSFETs provides many benefits compared with BJTs such as lower current consumption, improved accuracy and higher speed circuitry. Please, see attached a table with comparisons between both.
