TPS546D24A: Power Good Connection

Hi Team,

I am using TPS546D24ARVFR for Vout=0.85V and Iout=120A current requirement in x3 stacked configuration. Table 7-5 in datasheet states that PGOOD of slave devices should be connected to PGND.

Whether the PGOOD of Master and Slave devices brought out individually and AND together to create a 0V85 PG.

The PGOOD of master brought out for system PGOOD. The PGOOD of two slaves connected to GND.

Whether not connecting PGOOD of slaves to GND cause any erratic issues in regulator.

Hi Shifali,

It is best practice to tie the slave PGOOD to PGND and not leave it floating.
