    Hi Jiawei,

    For high current requirement like 300A you will need more more FETs in parallel which increases the total gate capacitance the controller has to drive.

    For this case, it is recommended to use LM74722-Q1 (in Ideal diode only configuration) which has integrated boost converter based gate drive circuit and higher gate drive strength.
