customer wants to connect 5.7V output through a resistor divider to 5V Vbias pin,
however , we see there's a current sinking at Vbias pin, would you guide us how to pick the divider value,
if we fix the upper resistor at 100ohm, how about bottom one?

The Vbias current is 1mA typical, 2mA maximum:
If we neglect the bias current, then you'll need at most 2.75k on the bottom with 100 ohms on top. If you use 1k on the bottom (which is pretty common) then:
Ven = 5.18V when Ibias = 0mA
Ven = 5.09V when Ibias = 1mA
Ven = 5.18V when Ibais = 2mA

There is some variation with normal tolerances and there is also variation with temperature. See these figures in the datasheet.
