BQ25703A: Charger BQ25703A

Part Number: BQ25703A
A customer has a question that when using a 20V/2.25A (45W) type-C adapter to charge a 4100mAh battery (3S) with 0.7C (ChargeCurrent: 03/02h = 0x0C00) under the condition of S5 (system power consumption<1W), but the charging current is about 2.7xA when RSOC=0 to about 2.7xA when RSOC=80 2A or so (decreasing) none of the expected 0.7C (0x0C00 = 3080mA)
During the period, the customer checked the Adapter and used the jig on the charger input side to pump more than 45W. The battery can also be charged at a constant current of around 2.87A when using a power supply.
The parameter setting of the charger IC is as follows:
0F/0Eh - IIN_HOST()  0x2D00 = 2.25A 0B/0Ah - InputVoltage()
 Originally used chip preset (no special writing, but read back is 0x3AC0)
 I was worried about whether the point of VBUS-1.28V was touched, so I used 15V as the reference and changed a relatively low value 0x2800, and there will still be a phenomenon of decreasing current 03/02h - ChargeCurrent()
 0x0C00 = 3080mA 05/04h - MaxChargeVoltage()
 0x3130 = 12596mV 0D/0Ch - MinSystemVoltage()
 0x2400 = 9216mV 01/00h - ChargeOption0
 At present, the parameter of another mass-produced project is set to 0x668E (according to the datasheet, IDPM should be follow chip default and enable. Is this phenomenon because this function is triggered?) Would like to ask if you have any other suggestions for the above settings? Or is there any part that is not listed that needs me to provide corresponding information?
