2. Is there any Beryllium present in this package?

3. Is it possible to get the material content list for this package?

The material content report should always be available here: https://www.ti.com/materialcontent/en/home If it's not there, let us know and we can fix it. It is there for the TPSM82866AA0HRDMR.

Yes, this is an overmolded package. The package drawing is at the end of the D/S. I'm not sure what you refer to by cavity. Maybe you can give an example.
