could you please recommend a direct replacement for RUM002N05?

Is CSD18541F5 the best option here?

    Stefan,

    Yes it is the best option we have as per the cross reference tool.

    However it is far superior in performance, some of the comparisons are:

    TI Smaller:- TI Silicon package 60V 1.2mm2, vs comp 50V plastic package 1.44mm2.

    TI Lower resistance:- TI 65mOhm max vs comp 2200mOhm max

    As such it is likely we will be higher price due to this superior performance but is the closest/best fit device we can offer.
