TPS1H100-Q1: Logic input pulldown resistor minimum and maximum values

A customer had a question regarding the worst case analysis for this IC in their application. They are looking for the minimum and maximum values of the internal pulldown resistors on the Input and Diag_EN pins. An estimated range of possible values for these pulldowns would be ideal.

The data sheet only shows typical values:

Can you share the maximum and minimum values for these resistors?

    Hi Kevin,

     

    We do not spec these values for this device. Looking at a similar HSS (TPS1HC100-Q1), we find variance of up to 80% to the typical value of internal resistors - as shown below. TI does not guarantee that the TPS1H100 devices will see the same variance, but this gives a good estimate for design reference purposes.
