Hello,
I am trying to setup this EVM for a customer, but I am unable to connect. I open the GUI, follow the hardware setup instructions but when the GUI starts scanning for devices no addresses are found. I am unsure of the USB2GPIO version I am using, the only identifying mark is a sticker on the back that reads "POD2022-007"
I am certain there is power to the board, and I have selected the correct COM port. When I try to connect I get the following screen.
Anything I can do to troubleshoot?
