TPS55289: Power Sequencing of VCC and VIN

Part Number: TPS55289

Hello, I read the datasheet for the TPS55289 but can't find information regarding the power sequencing of VIN and VCC.  In my application there is a +5V supply that turns on first that I would like to use to power VCC instead of using the internal LDO.  Then later my +15V VIN will turn on.  Will it be OK if I power up VCC with +5V first and then shortly after ( < 1 second) VIN will power up with +15V, will it damage the TPS55289 if I do this?

The reason I don't want to use the Internal LDO is it will be powered by +15V which will be inefficient and needlessly heat the TPS55289 up (15V - 5V) * 100mA = 1 Watt !

Thanks,

Paul Barker
