According to the customer's feedback, the firmware you helped should be the firmware of eep.

The customer does not have the tools to burn the firmware of the eeprom and can only burn it via usb.

Please help to see if this basic firmware is released to the customer, thank you!

Hi Rhea,

1. It should be Endpoint FW. Please double check.

2. Please make sure the first time downloading, EEPROM should contain firmware. It means you still need find some way to download to EEPROM first, and then you can use Endpoint (USB) download method. The purpose is to validate the key.

3. I send you the key and patch file. You can also configure by yourself.
