The PSPICE transient model, along with other resources, can be found in the UCC21520 product folder under the design and development tab (Link here).

You can also use my new UCC21551 model. Let me know if you find any bugs, and I will correct them. The UCC21550 will be the "disable" version, which replaces the UCC21520. But otherwise the UCC21551 should have identical performance.
